Thankful we just dealt with some light sprinkles.<\/p>\n<p>Lots of football talk as pax gathered&#8212;good to have it back as a distraction from the more superior sports of baseball and hockey. Clearly we all missed something good by not finishing the late game. 530, lets go!<\/p>\n<p>Warm-o-rama:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH\u00a0 \u00a020 IC<\/li>\n<li>Squats 20 IC<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Stormtroopers 20 IC<\/li>\n<li>Abe 15 IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Thang:<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to the track. For the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>10-Half-15<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pax does 10 merkin, mosey halfway around track, perform 15 merkins, come back around, repeat (50 merkins, two laps)<\/li>\n<li>Repeat with LBC (50 LBCs, two more laps)<\/li>\n<li>total of around a mile and 100 excercises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Slow Motion Burpee<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pax lunge walks one left leg, one right<\/li>\n<li>Perform 1 squat<\/li>\n<li>Perform 5 merkins<\/li>\n<li>Perform 5 LBCs<\/li>\n<li>Repeat to end of first length of track<\/li>\n<li>This sucked. Did not count totals but it was&#8230;it was a lot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mosey to shelter:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>20 dips OYO<\/li>\n<li>20 leg lefts OYO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Schneider joins us just in time to Mosey once more around lap (lots of MC about this&#8230;.)<\/li>\n<li>Back to start for Mary\n<ul>\n<li>YHC ran out of stuff after the usual Heels to Heaven, Freddy Mercs, Penguin Crunches, Mutton Crunches<\/li>\n<li>A few called exercise from pax including a surprise plank\/merkin from Spicoli.<\/li>\n<li>Took a poll, average of 615 so we are DONE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whew.<\/p>\n<p>Announcements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spicoli is thankful for the day and the weather<\/li>\n<li>DQ has WIB Thursday, location to be announced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No prayer requests besides a thanksgiving of sorts from YHC. Dad has a recent COPD diagnosis, but is doing physical therapy and more active than he has been in my lifetime as a result. Seeing the positive in this.<\/p>\n<p>Moleskin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respect to Sassy for posting after a monster run on Sunday.
