Three contained folded stickies with exercises and a number, one contained a single die for a game of chance. \u00a0\u00a0The three exercise containers were labeled \u201cUpper\u201d, \u201cLower\u201d, and \u201cCardio\/abs\u201d.\u00a0 The Pax were instructed to draw a sticky from the containers and roll the die.\u00a0 Multiple the number on the die by the number on the sticky for the required number of reps.\u00a0 For example, if the \u201cMerkins x 10\u201d sticky was drawn and a six rolled, the Pax were tasked with 60 merkins.\u00a0 There was a wild card in each container enabling the lucky Pax to call his preferred exercise and required reps.\u00a0 Those completing each stage early were required to resume the previous exercise until the six was up.<\/p>\n
