The PAX:\u00a0 Thistle, Zima, Shingles, Root Canal, Mutton, Roosevelt, Palin, Stopyra, TPS, Litterbox, Hedwig<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

11 PAX gathered to suffer a Hedwig-style beatdown this AM.\u00a0 At 0530, YHC gave Shingles the choice of which workout he wanted.\u00a0 He choose workout #3 (out of 3 options).\u00a0 So, the workout commenced something like this:<\/p>\n

    1. Buddy Carry Up \u2013 20 Merkins at the top\n
        \n
      1. Howling Monkeys at the bottom<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Buddy Carry Up (repeat) \u2013 15 Freddy Mercuries at the top\n
          \n
        1. Jump Squats at the bottom<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        2. Bear Crawl Up \u2013 15 Box Cutters at the top\n
            \n
          1. Howling Monkeys at the bottom<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Indian Run to the park by 1st Street and Church Street.\u00a0 The park had lots of caution tape in place.\u00a0 This hampered YHC’s plan.\u00a0 Thistle assisted the PAX in navigating “around” the caution tape.\u00a0 However, we decided to Omaha this part of the workout.\u00a0 We ventured into a parking garage.<\/p>\n

            Inside the parking lot, a number of horrible things happened, including sprints, Carioca, Broad Based Jumps, Crab Walking, Freddy Mercuries, Walls Sits with Jack Reachers, Backwards Mosey, Erkins, and Derkins.\u00a0 It was terrible.<\/p>\n

            The PAX mosey’d back to the starting parking lot.\u00a0 Here we did Partner Leg Throws, Heels to Heaven, American Hammers, LBCs, and Box Cutters.<\/p>\n
