The above is brought up as during today\u2019s Distillery beatdown, there was a complete and total lack of MC.\u00a0 What that means is up for discussion.\u00a0 YHC would like to believe it was due to the following:<\/p>\n

Warm-o-Rama<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Usual assortment of exercises:\u00a0 SSH, IST, Merkins, OHC, Jack Reachers, and Copperhead Squats.\u00a0 (All IC x 15)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The THANG<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Mosey to shelter by football field.\u00a0 Plan was to do work on said field, but as we approached the sprinkler system was on, so Omaha to adjacent field.\u00a0 (Two quick questions at this point:\u00a0 1) a sprinkler system for an elementary school football field?, 2) Why was it running after all the rain we have had?\u00a0 #deepthoughtswithjackhandy<\/p>\n Go behind the shelter and grab 2 bricks.\u00a0 Mosey to middle of field for the following instructions:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Set of exercises with bricks would be performed each time the Pax would return to the middle of the field.\u00a0 After performing set of brick exercises, drop bricks, and mosey to one corner of the field.\u00a0 Upon arrival, perform the called exercise, and then return to middle of field, and perform the next brick exercise.\u00a0 Then mosey to 2nd<\/sup> corner of field.\u00a0 Repeat until all four corners hit for that exercise.\u00a0 Then start over and continue this pattern.<\/p>\n Brick exercises:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Exercises at 4 corners of field:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Return bricks and mosey back to parking lot for:<\/p>\n MARY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n LBCs, Mutton Crunches, Penguin Crunches, Low Flutter, Low Dolly, Heels to Heaven (all IC, all x 12), Plank (20 seconds or so)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n TIME!!<\/strong><\/p>\n NMM<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Strong work by everyone today!\u00a0 The cooler temps and lower humidity were appreciated.<\/p>\n 1.46 miles covered this morning.<\/p>\n The following totals were completed by each Pax:<\/p>\n For those of you playing along at home, that is 800 reps of exercises.\u00a0 Not too shabby.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n As noted above, not much MC at all.\u00a0 DQ did note that his feet were quite wet by the end of the workout.\u00a0 At least it was only your feet.\u00a0 The ground was definitely a wee bit damp.<\/p>\n Strong work by Jiminy this morning.\u00a0 He is excited about the upcoming Bourbon Chase and the awesome responsibility of driving an elite team of runners.\u00a0 Keep this up, and maybe next year he will be running??<\/p>\n YHC has seen Shake n Bake two times over the past several months. Both times were when YHC was the Q at the Distillery.\u00a0 I now know he lives close.<\/p>\n First time working out with 60 Minutes.\u00a0 Great to meet you, keep posting, and don\u2019t be afraid to go East.<\/p>\n Schneider represented the Perry brothers, as the site Q was MIA.\u00a0 Ok, he is actually at the beach.\u00a0 Hopefully running and posting with F3Grandstrand.<\/p>\n Vegemite is WeFoCo regular, and a rockstar. Strong work this morning.<\/p>\n 3 runners (Harden, Katniss and Ramses) finished up, yet stayed away from the COT.\u00a0 Rumor is 5 miles were covered this morning.\u00a0 Strong as always!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n
