Repeato, but reduce the reps by 5 each round until we get to 5 reps of everything. \u00a0After the first lap around the track, the fasties were instructed to handicap their start in an effort to allow all pax to finish the lap at roughly the same time.<\/p>\n
We moseyed back to Brunson.<\/p>\n
Using the columns\/polls that support the shelter covering the walkway, we did some poll assisted pull-ups (made up)- 10 each side IC.<\/p>\n

At least one pax observed that meeting at Wiley for IS would be better than meeting at Brunson- something about a smooth surface.<\/p>\n
Walter White was at the track when we got there. \u00a0Inspired, Palin ran with Walter White- he was able to hang with WW for a good 30 meters.<\/p>\n
The handicapping idea for the laps on the track did not work well at all, despite having 3 tries. \u00a0YHC will be skeptical of everyone’s claimed handicap if we play golf.<\/p>\n
The F3 Nation Nantan Emeritus (Starfish) claims he is done with Twitter after “something that went on last night.”<\/p>\n
Booboo invited the pax to participate in the Barefoot Mile immediately following the workout. \u00a0It’s an event that is designed to raise awareness about sex trafficking by walking a mile barefoot around downtown. \u00a0The pax, though they didn’t technically say it, seemed to have been more inclined to do that BEFORE we did Mary in the Brunson parking lot.<\/p>\n

Palin’s mom was just recently discharged from an addiction treatment facility- pray that she can enjoy the rest of her life victoriously in recovery.<\/p>\n

YHC started by sharing something I read last night- Proverbs 10:22: “The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, without painful toil for it.” \u00a0What I was trying to say, but wasn’t quite able to get it out, was that there are lots of forms of wealth: emotional, mental, spiritual, familial, relational, financial, charitable, etc. \u00a0I wanted to ask the Lord to grant all of us immeasurable wealth, without painful toil, but couldn’t, so Root Canal, being the giant of a man that he is, took us out. \u00a0Stay wealthy my friends.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
