decision.\u00a0 Yesterday, YHC faithfully checked TWC for the forecast.\u00a0 Rain it said.\u00a0 Rain and more rain.\u00a0 Upwards of 90% chance of rain.<\/p>\n<p>Based on this &#8220;science&#8221; YHC prepared a Tabata workout, all to be performed under the covered area in front of Speas.\u00a0 Excellent playlist, all with screaming guitar solos was uploaded to the iPhone.<\/p>\n<p>But then something odd happened.\u00a0 Before going to sleep, the forecast changed to suggest that it might not necessarily be a washout.\u00a0 So YHC quickly thought of some good ol fashioned rock exercises we could do.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As YHC drove to the AO this morning, it was not raining.\u00a0 TWC&#8230;whatever.\u00a0 \u00a0The next question&#8230;.would any other Pax show up?\u00a0 By 525, the answer appeared to be a resounding &#8220;no.&#8221;\u00a0 Soon, Whirly pulled in, followed closely by Light Brigade.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s circle up boys, and see what we can accomplish.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Just before we began, another car pulled in, and 6 Mil got out.\u00a0 (Not sure why he selected an all white tee shirt&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At this point, it was not raining.\u00a0 (non-raining workout)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-o-rama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quick Mosey lap around parking lot to get the blood moving.<\/p>\n<p>Circle up for:\u00a0 IST, Sungods, Copperhead squats, Abe Vigoda.\u00a0 All x 15, all IC<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE THANG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to flag pole.\u00a0 Overhead claps, Seal Claps, Arm swirly things forward, Arm swirly things reverse.\u00a0 All x 15, all IC<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to far end of parking lot.\u00a0 SSH, R leg lunge, L leg lunge, squats.\u00a0 All x 15, all IC<\/p>\n<p>Mosey back to front of school under covered area.\u00a0 LBCs, low flutter, penguin crunch, low dolly.\u00a0 All x 15, all IC<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At this point it begins to rain&#8230;HARD.<\/p>\n<p>(switch to raining workout)<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to long covered area.\u00a0 Time for some ladder work.\u00a0 Start with 10 Merkins, then mosey to end of walkway, perform 1 SSH.\u00a0 Mosey back for 9 Merkins, then mosey and perform 2 SSH.\u00a0 Continue this pattern until 1 Merking and 10 SSH.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rain stops.\u00a0 (switch to non-raining workout)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to rock pile, and grab a medium sized rock and 2 small sized rocks.\u00a0 6 Mil may or may not have attempted to grab a snake.\u00a0 All hoping it was not.\u00a0 Fortunately, no one was hurt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Begin with medium rock, perform called exercise.\u00a0 Then immediately drop rock and grab the 2 small rocks, perform exercise.\u00a0 point.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TIME!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Appreciate the three guys who came out despite the weather.\u00a0 For a few minutes, YHC was concerned that no one was going to post.\u00a0 Was beginning to think whether YHC would have completed the workout on my own.\u00a0 Glad it did not come to that.<\/p>\n<p>Whirly and YHC seriously debated calling an Omaha and just going to WIB.\u00a0 Based on the what Burlap brought the unlucky Pax there, and the fact that 2 more Pax came to TRQ&#8230;we made the right call.<\/p>\n<p>Light Brigade was expecting Landshark to post, but apparently the rain kept Landshark away.\u00a0 But it did not rain&#8230;so where was Landshark?\u00a0 If he had posted, we would have had 3 lawyers there&#8230;.(insert joke)<\/p>\n<p>Congrats to 6 Mil and his wife!\u00a0 They are proud parents of a baby girl (about 1 month old)!!\u00a0 TClaps for coming out to post.\u00a0 Apparently, she is sleeping during the day.\u00a0 It will get better.\u00a0 Enjoy her!\u00a0 Kids are the best.<\/p>\n<p>Again, not entirely sure why 6 Mil wore an all white cotton tee shirt.\u00a0 Hope it gets
