{"id":5770,"date":"2018-07-30T16:09:43","date_gmt":"2018-07-30T20:09:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=5770"},"modified":"2018-07-30T16:09:43","modified_gmt":"2018-07-30T20:09:43","slug":"making-the-impossible-possible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2018\/07\/making-the-impossible-possible\/","title":{"rendered":"Making the Impossible Possible"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Q: Spicoli<\/p>\n<p>Date: 7.28.18<\/p>\n<p>PAX: Buyout, Spicoli<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The call had gone out from Palin, Site-Q-Extrodinaire, that he was \u201cat the beach\u201d and didn\u2019t line up a Q for #ImpossibleSituation.\u00a0 While prepared to drive back early from the beach to Q, he didn\u2019t want to do that.\u00a0 YHC was OnCall so couldn\u2019t commit to Q, but informed our leader in absentia that the group would collectively Q if need be.\u00a0 YHC showed up late to a workout of 1.\u00a0 No other cars, no other peoples were in the Wiley Middle parking lot.\u00a0 The confusion of meeting at Brunson apparently led Lambchop and an FNG to find PAX at Purgatory.\u00a0 YHC wandered Hanes Park to find a new-to-me individual, #Buyout.\u00a0 And so a PAX of 2 made an #ImpossibleSituation happen<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warmarama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meeting down at the Hanes Park track, YHC started us off with SSH, Abe Vigodas, and Merkins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enough of that, we moved to the Tennis Court shelter:<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 rounds of something<\/strong>:<br \/>\n20 Merkins, 20 Squats, 20 double count Freddy Mercs, run 1 lap x4<\/p>\n<p>(Along the way ran into Walter White and his friend as they were creating a vortex around the track with their own workout. Unsanctioned #Redline.\u00a0 A call into corporate has been placed\u2026)<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-layer dip on benches<\/strong> (all IC unless noted)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 dips, 7 irkins<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 7 merkins<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 7 Right leg step ups OYO<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 7 Left leg step ups OYO<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 7 derkins<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 7 DC freddy mercuries<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 7 donkey kicks OYO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Education Hill:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jacob\u2019s Ladder:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5 trips: 1 burpee at bottom ascending count, 5 at top descending count.<\/p>\n<p>Mosey back to shelter by track for MOM<\/p>\n<p>MOM: traded off exercises and gave #Buyout some cadence\/Q practice<\/p>\n<p><strong>COT<\/strong>: Buyout took us out praising the day, new friendship, out body\u2019s ability to perform, and the importance of community.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Announcements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schmedfest is August 25<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Moleskin<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not sure about the disconnect in communication and lack of PAX attendance, especially for the #MuthaShip connection. No longer meeting at Brunson Elementary for Hanes Park workouts.\u00a0 Meeting at Wiley Middle unless otherwise tweeted.\u00a0 Plan accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>#Buyout is a remarkable young man. Apparently he was born with \u201call the muscles\u201d but also a super nice guy who\u2019s new to the area and taking it all in.\u00a0 Get to know him.<\/li>\n<li>Good to see #WalterWhite still crushing it.
