{"id":5716,"date":"2018-07-25T07:34:52","date_gmt":"2018-07-25T11:34:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=5716"},"modified":"2018-07-25T07:34:52","modified_gmt":"2018-07-25T11:34:52","slug":"og-tractors-routes-07-27-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2018\/07\/og-tractors-routes-07-27-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"OG\/Tractors Routes &#8211; 07.27.2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hqFRzeGYzmk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Date:\u00a0 07\/27\/2018<\/p>\n<p>Q:\u00a0 Spamalot<\/p>\n<p>Pax:\u00a0 Each and every Pax<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>About two months ago (at the encouragement of Bam), YHC posted for the first time at the &#8220;other&#8221; Friday running workout.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s be honest for a minute&#8230;.BBBC is the DashPax&#8217;s very own miracle.\u00a0 Started by Harden and SourMash as a walk\/run interval a year ago, it has grown into something magical.\u00a0 While there are many examples, YHC humbly submits the following:\u00a0 1) OH4TB will be running in the 2018 Bourbon Chase this October, and we are going to completely and utterly own that race, and 2) Pax who regularly post at BBBC are now Qing\u00a0at OG\/Tractors (thanks to The Vig!).\u00a0 This week, YHC has the honor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Not stated nearly enough (especially at the running workouts), YHC presents&#8230;.the Disclaimer:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0YHC is not a professional, especially when it comes to designing running routes.<\/li>\n<li>The Pax who participate by running these routes are doing so of their own volition.\u00a0 No one has coerced you, or threatened you to participate.<\/li>\n<li>The routes presented are merely suggestions.\u00a0 The Pax are free to modify them as they deem necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Listen to your body.\u00a0 Do not do anything that could hurt you.\u00a0 This means the Pax are strongly encouraged TO WEAR REFLECTIVE RUNNING GEAR.\u00a0 Be safe.<\/li>\n<li>Those Pax who participate are assuming the risk of injury that could occur.\u00a0 I.E.
