Rockpile:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Curls x 14, Presses, Bent over Rowers, then Storm the Bastille Cusack-style for peoples chair; return for more Curls, Presses, Rowers, and Skull Crushers (anyone? anyone?); Cusack around the track, more people chairs and 7 Donkey Kicks<\/p>\n

World Cup Final Preview<\/strong>:\u00a0 PAX efficiently divided into France and Croatia, each PAX was fouled by other team, drops and rolls 4-5 times.\u00a0 Style points given for knee holding, groaning, other dramatics.\u00a0 Ripple fouled by entire Croatian side in stoppage time.<\/p>\n

Wimbledon<\/strong>– Seriously, thought is was Wilmington until I was about 10.\u00a0 Up and Backs on the Courts x 6; Small Burpee Ladder.<\/p>\n

Lido:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Much agonizing\/belly-aching by PAX regarding distance from tennis courts to deck.\u00a0 Dips, Steps Ups, Box Jumps, more Dips.<\/p>\n

Notes<\/strong>:\u00a0 Great energy by entire group.\u00a0 Kudos to Deductible for returning strong.\u00a0 Mumble chatter generally on the positive side, at least as far as my ears can discern.\u00a0 True pleasure to lead the workout this fine Bastille Day.<\/p>\n
