There was some discrepancy about whether PAX come to standing during Whirly with Clap.\u00a0 Apparently YHC was counting too quickly.\u00a0 We did another set with adjusted count and the day was saved.<\/li>\n<li>Mosey to Education Hill:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Jacob\u2019s Ladder (7 trips: bear crawls odd, run even: Burpees at top, burpees at bottom 7 count up, count down)\n<ul>\n<li>Cheese Steak helped keep us from counting to 8 between the top and bottom of the hill. #MathisHard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mosey to Tennis benches: 7 layer Dip\n<ul>\n<li>7 dips, 11 merkins IC<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 11 irkins OYO<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 11 derkins OYO<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 11 squats IC<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 11 CCDs OYO<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 11 Donkey kicks OYO<\/li>\n<li>7 dips, 11 Mike Tysons OYO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mosey with 2 stops to Brunson\n<ul>\n<li>Stop 1: 7 Arm swirly things forward,\u00a011 monkey humpers<\/li>\n<li>Stop 2: 7 Arm swirly things reverse,\u00a011 squats IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>MOM exercises alternating 7 &amp; 11 counts\n<ul>\n<li>3-stop Suicide in parking lot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>More MOM exercises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7-Eleven workout Donezo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>COT:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>YHC\u2019s Mom had knee replacement surgery on her left knee. All went well and hopefully she goes home today.\u00a0 I am very grateful for this successful news.<\/li>\n<li>Palin\u2019s family member is entering substance abuse program. Asking for prayers for this person and the family surrounding.<\/li>\n<li>YHC took us out with thanks to the F3 Community. Tuesday was a bit of rough day and I explained how I didn\u2019t want to come out.\u00a0 But accountability and encouragement from PAX kept me on track and I\u2019m the better for honoring my commitment.\u00a0 There\u2019s a wealth of fun to be had with this group, but it\u2019s knowing fellas have my back through the tough time that adds the most value to my life.\u00a0 I want to be there for you guys as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Announcements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thistle is looking for volunteers for Saturday July 21<sup>st<\/sup> for a 5k race with professional runners in it<\/li>\n<li>Palin is looking for Q\u2019s for IS for this Saturday and the next few weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Cheese Steak has Q for The Estate and Mayhem next week. Enter at your own risk<\/li>\n<li>Palin has WIB Thursday. Launches from Cloverdale Panera.<\/li>\n<li>Schmedfest is August 25<sup>th<\/sup> at the Dixie Classic Fairgrounds. Come out, or donate to Crisis Control, or (even better) do both!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Moleskin<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Even though our fearless Site Q was off teaching the separatists of #Mayhem that there\u2019s more to working out than Overhead Snaps and Prancing in cadence, Palin kept the streak alive of RIRO PAX with a stroll from Ardmore to join the workout. #StrongWork<\/li>\n<li>Thanks to Cheesesteak and Root Canal for prompting the Q to keep things moving. Appreciate the help when brain wasn\u2019t firing<\/li>\n<li>Mutton &amp; Cheese Steak were out front for Jacob\u2019s Ladder up Education Hill. #Solid<\/li>\n<li>The PAX liked (?) my take on 7-layer dip making it a 7-11 altering count.
