Backblast<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

9 strong arrived for another solid edition of the Big Boy Breakfast Club.\u00a0 Some came early, some left early but all worked hard.\u00a0 The 2.6 mile route was used, but only in conjunction with other routes.\u00a0 YHC believes that the group has graduated from these shorter <5k routes and is ready for a longer option.\u00a0 Total mileage ranged from 3.1 to upwards of 7.\u00a0 We’ve got a great group out here but always looking for more Pax!<\/p>\n

It was an honor to finally Q the BBBC as YHC’s stepping up was long overdue.\u00a0 YHC can’t claim to be a co-founder but was one of the first to attend the Friday morning 5k interval training with Harden and Sour Mash on the VI track.\u00a0 YHC was also in attendance when the workout was officially christened the BBBC.\u00a0 Additionally, YHC owns the distinction of bringing the only FNG to the BBBC.\u00a0 So yeah, this was long overdue.\u00a0 That said, its amazing how far this workout and the participants have come!\u00a0 #F3Works!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
