BLIMPS around the track<\/p>\n
There were 6 cones (or beach buckets) placed around the track. \u00a0Pax performed the BLIMPS exercises at each cone\/bucket in increasing intervals of 5 (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30)<\/p>\n
After the first lap, the Q left to go to Chic Fil-A for the 4th F (flush).<\/p>\n
According to rumor, the pax did another lap with the same number of reps, then moseyed back to the parking lot for 7 minutes of Mary.<\/p>\n
NMM:<\/p>\n
Splash just won Man of The Year for his working raising money for leukemia research about a month ago. \u00a0The Nobel Peace Prize was processed and awarded to him immediately (he just got back from Sweden where he collected it).<\/p>\n
Splash had to switch rocks after the first round of fun with rocks. \u00a0Being the leader I am, I changed my rock too. \u00a0#solidarity<\/p>\n
Huckleberry claims to have developed the ability to tune out BAM’s mumble chatter. #whatever<\/p>\n
YHC had to leave at around the 45:00 mark because…#gofigure<\/p>\n
Splash wants the pax to help convince Ripple to go with Splash and the rest of the family to Venice next summer for a cruise. #canItakehisplaceifhestayshome?<\/p>\n
By my own admission, today’s workout wasn’t very creative or fun (sorry), but I stepped in kind of late to Q. \u00a0(It probably would have been just as lacking for fun and creativity had I been scheduled to Q, but the late notice thing seems to take the edge off a little.)<\/p>\n
