YHC enjoys spending time working\u00a0in the yard.\u00a0 In general, I can operate all the gas-powered tools properly (if they malfunction, snow ball’s chance in hell of fixing anything).\u00a0 I figured I’d share my joy with\u00a0the PAX\u00a0by bringing\u00a0and\u00a0incorporating\u00a0several tools of the trade into\u00a0exercises.<\/p>\n

The Thang:<\/p>\n
There were 4 stations with 3 exercises at each.\u00a0 Exercises were Tabata style with 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest.\u00a0 After every 6 exercises, the PAX ran – did a total of 4 suicides \/ life affirmations (3 running forward and 1 running backward) – about a mile covered total.<\/p>\n

Lawnmower Pull (pull lawnmower [yes, YHC brought a push lawnmower] back to road and return; repeat for 45 seconds)<\/p>\n
Lawnmower Start (Bent over Row)<\/p>\n
Mower Raise (Front Raises with 10 lb plate in each hand)<\/p>\n
Spray Bucket Curl (one arm curls with 2 gallon spray bucket filled with water)<\/p>\n
Stamper Squat (in squat position, move stamper from overhead to ground and repeat)<\/p>\n
Toolbox Overhead Press (no explanation needed)<\/p>\n
