YHC has not been to redline in quite some time. \u00a0The invitation to Q was a good draw back to the track. \u00a0After lasts week road work on the Flying Dutchman it was time to run in circles. \u00a0The temps were a cool 63* with mist in the air. \u00a017 PAX gathered at 5:30, a very limited disclaimer was provided, PAX started to mosey, Zuck screamed into a parking spot and caught up with the PAX.<\/p>\n
During the long warm up mosey we did butt kickers and high knees around the park. \u00a0Arrived at the track for power skips and one more lap because YHC was feeling tight.<\/p>\n

YHC took us out thanking God for the PAX, prayed for summer and students done with school, prayed for students who are food insecure. \u00a0Pray that love and grace will come from us everyday.<\/p>\n

18 for redline is awesome. \u00a0Really great to be running with and being pushed by so many others.<\/p>\n
Glad to have visiting PAX from Burlington, Rat, as he\u2019s in town for the week.<\/p>\n

Whirly is threatening to go sleeveless to show off his guns.<\/p>\n
Nantan did not approve that much time spent on the track.<\/p>\n
Enjoyed seeing and meeting some new faces.<\/p>\n
Even with the ideal temps the PAX managed to break on through and work up quite the lather. \u00a0Strong work by all and it was my honor, privilege and pleasure to Q.<\/p>\n
