7 Pax showed up for a relatively flat, figure 8 style Speed Trap launching from Knollwood Baptist Church, with a work zone on Fairfax, Windsor, Lynn, Greenwich and Canterbury roads.\u00a0 I won’t bore you with the details, but we went easy for a mile, fast for a mile, then faster, then back to fast, then back to easy.\u00a0 No time left at the end for any silly non-running exercises.\u00a0 Got back to the start about 1 min late (Q fail).<\/p>\n
