A few weeks back, the #IS Site Q, @Palin, and I were talking about the potential for a #BellsNWhistles-South type AO, one that’s a little closer to home for those of us who don’t quite have the time in the AM to make it out there on Wednesdays. We’ve talked it over with a few PAX, who also seem high on the idea. The conversation then shifted at his suggestion of trying a little Bell action at our very own Mothership to get a few new faces out (Though we did have some new faces for @Jiminy’s birthday last weekend!). So I jumped at the chance to try and execute a fun experiment for my upcoming Q.<\/p>\n

PAX are encouraged to bring out their favorite Kettlebell\/Dumbbell\/Weight, and a spare in case someone misses the memo!<\/p>\n

We’ll do a mix of standard bootcamp and Kettlebell exercises, plus hill work. It’s not going to be standard #BNW work, as we will be incorporating our weights throughout a bootcamp style beatdown. We also won’t be with our bells the whole time, you’ll just have to be okay leaving them for a bit and coming back.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
