What they didn&#8217;t realize is they were stepping into the bizarro world where workouts start with Mary and end with Warm-o-rama, cadence is counted in reverse, and the exercises all have strange, backward-sounding names. They are super excited! Congratulations to them! Give him a high five when you see him&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>@SgtSchultz has Q at #BnW tomorrow. Since it is June 6th, he will be doing a D-Day-themed beatdown. Be there or kindly be square.<\/li>\n<li>A good friend of @SgtSchultz, Patrick Pate (34 yrs old) was killed over the weekend in head-on car collision (the other driver was killed, as well). He was a very promising young man who had not yet started a family. His loss will be keenly felt by those who knew him. @SgtSchultz is particularly heavy-hearted. Prayers for @SgtSchultz and all family &amp; friends of Patrick as well as the other driver.<\/li>\n<li>@TheSingingCowboy&#8217;s dad Donald is home from the convalescent center. He&#8217;s much happier enjoying his wife&#8217;s excellent cooking. Great news!<\/li>\n<li>An interesting time adapting to the backward cadence, etc. but the PAX adapted well.<\/li>\n<li>Instead of translating the exercise names, I&#8217;ll leave it up to interested PAX to find the correlations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong work by every one today.
