I\u00a0hope the PAX liked this format.\u00a0 It provided hill work and also an opportunity to run at their desired paces.\u00a0 We were chasing Patch the entire time – Sac and Wink pushed him a few times.\u00a0 I’d say PAX logged between 3.5 and 5.5 miles total.<\/p>\n

Not a ton of MC as the PAX were either running hard or sucking wind (or both at the same time).<\/p>\n
Patch was an excellent timekeeper and motioned when the various times were up.\u00a0 #Fasthole and #Smarthole<\/p>\n
We could have picked up Toto on our initial jog.\u00a0 #5extraminutesofsleep<\/p>\n
Strong work by Hitman – pushed me the entire time.<\/p>\n
