It was my distinct pleasure to return my Mayhem, my previous Wednesday morning AO of choice.\u00a0 #Zima has done a bang-up job as site Q and runs a tight ship.\u00a0 He was also sweating heavily at 5:20 am when I arrived after having already done WIB, a Murph and 200 burpees.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The workout was something like this:<\/p>\n
Warm-o-Rama with such offerings as SSH, Hillbillies, Whirly with a Clap, Abe Vigodas, Copperhead Squats, Merkins and Running with Scissors.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Thang:<\/p>\n
Mosey to the rock pile and select a medium rock (or huge rock if you’re Zima).\u00a0 IC exercise, first being Curls.\u00a0 Then run toward the circle in front of the school; stop when Fastholes reach their destination and do a workout OYO, first one being Fast Feet.\u00a0 Then run back to the rock pile.\u00a0 This was done 4 times with the 2nd-4th sets being Overhead Press \/ Lunges, Skull Crushers \/ Squats and Upright Rows \/ Calf Raises.<\/p>\n

Mosey to Castaneda Court:<\/p>\n
Wall sits with Jack Reachers, Donkey Kicks, Rebound Drills, Wall Sits with Head \/ Shoulders \/ Knees \/ Toes, Mike Tysons (#crowdpleaser).<\/p>\n
Repeato with only difference being Seal Claps instead of Jack Reachers.<\/p>\n
Balls to the Wall!!<\/p>\n

Mosey to the parking lot:<\/p>\n
DB drills, Lunge \/ Zombie Walk, Broad Jumps.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Mosey to the benches:<\/p>\n
Dips and Irkins.<\/p>\n

Back to the lot for Mary:<\/p>\n
Rapid fire rounds of LBCs, Mutton Crunches, American Hammer, Rosalita (Low Dolly if you’re Bluto as noticed by Mongoose) and Heels to Heaven.<\/p>\n

MC was respectable, not necessarily respectful.<\/p>\n
Mongoose exclaimed “time waster” as YHC was messing with watch prior to W-o-R.\u00a0 He also noticed the above.<\/p>\n
Root Canal did his lunges moving in the general direction of the rock pile.\u00a0 #GoofyMove<\/p>\n
Spam and Splash were unable to persuade Patch to attend this morning despite the offer of a ride.\u00a0 #Someday<\/p>\n
Balco barely made it on time.\u00a0 Lemming did not.\u00a0 #RedCurry<\/p>\n
Zima has already worked out 4 times today.\u00a0 He was instructed not to exercise at lunch.<\/p>\n
Pony Express can run quite quickly.<\/p>\n
DQ disappointed by paucity (or total absence)\u00a0of Sumo Drills.<\/p>\n
Mongoose claimed insubordination by Zima this am.\u00a0 YHC wisely let this slide.<\/p>\n

On Memorial Day Monday, Estate, Outhouse and RnG will converge at Outhouse (Leinbach Park) at 7 am for a 1 hour bootcamp workout Q’d by Tuco, Red Eye, Litter Box and YHC.\u00a0 VI on as per usual at 530.\u00a0 See Mongoose if you’re a Speed Tarper.<\/p>\n
Splash has raised over $40,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society with a goal of $50,000 by June 9th.\u00a0 Cash, checks, credit cards, Paypal, Venmo and Bitcoin accepted.<\/p>\n
Ripple has his VQ at Purgatory Saturday.\u00a0 The kid is young, fast and strong.\u00a0 Beware.\u00a0 Balco and Prospector have appointments available.<\/p>\n
Zima has WIB at Jameson Park tomorrow.<\/p>\n
