The Pax then went one block over and then ran back up the hill to the Bandstand for 7 Layers of Dip<\/p>\n
7 two count dips followed by 7-Derkins, Erkins, Merkins, left and right leg step ups<\/p>\n
Mosey back down the hill to the playground<\/p>\n
Partner up again for reverse rows on the swing set.\u00a0 25, 20 and 15 count rows with Carolina Dry Docks in between<\/p>\n
A lap around the track followed by Mary and we were done.<\/p>\n

Booboo reminded the Pax of the first anniversary of his sister’s death.\u00a0 She left behind a husband and 5 children.\u00a0 She spent her life serving others as a missionary in China.<\/p>\n
Greenspan asked that as Christians we all respect others and not be selective about when we practice our values.<\/p>\n
