They were as follows.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Balance<\/li>\n<li>Running<\/li>\n<li>Crawling<\/li>\n<li>Jumping<\/li>\n<li>Climbing<\/li>\n<li>Traversing<\/li>\n<li>Lifting<\/li>\n<li>Carrying<\/li>\n<li>Throwing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It went something like this. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Warm-o-Rama &#8211; the usual for Goofy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Playground &#8211; stations, rotate through<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Balance on the side beams of the playground , Traversing on the dip bars and Climbing on the pull up bars.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to Rocks (climb over fence) and pick a highly challenging one<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry rocks to fence, throw over as a group, climb over when all are done and go to field<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Throw your rock, Lift it up, Throw it again and do this half way across the field and back<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Return rocks<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to stairs near Lido Deck to practice Jumping<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to grassy hill.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Bear crawl and crawl bear up and down the hill.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Money to the rocks again.
