Run and stop at each cone and do 10 burpees,
\nnext lap do 10 WW2 , 10 LBCs, 10 America Hammer, 10 Merkins.
\nRepeat with Burpees<\/p>\n
I think we did about 160 burpees and whatever else. No much else to say . It sucked.<\/p>\n
Cherry Pie lapped the Q, Thistle could have laped the Q but an unscheduled bowel evacuation slowed him down. Burlap and Lysol kept their bowels in check and finished strong.<\/p>\n
Great to see Lysol again. He has been missed .<\/p>\n
Q has been really busy at work but still cherishes his F3 gatherings. I\u2019m looking forward to getting back to a routine.<\/p>\n
