this concept was lost on many of the pax as they continually walked their\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0way back to the 6 after each rung of the ladder despite my constant instruction.\u00a0 Were they being lazy?\u00a0 Insubordinate?<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"adL\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Rungs = 400 &#8211; 800 &#8211; 1200 &#8211; 800 &#8211; 400<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0400 recovery between each.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Mosey back to YMCA parking lot<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Announcements &#8211;
