Thus, a Sunday afternoon scouting run revealed a rather large &amp; plentiful AO, ripe with opportunity.\u00a0 However, CP later found that he had exhausted his entire store of creativity in preparing for a hearty Mother\u2019s Day celebration. Mama won out and 4 highly motivated \u201cAll Star \/ Best &amp; Brightest\u201d pax were relegated to a rather routine beatdown.\u00a0 Indeed, once CP found the pax at 05:29:15 he was pleased to see such an accomplished &amp; seasoned bunch\u2026actually for the record CP beat Spicoli to the AO by 39 tics.<\/p>\n<p>It went something like this\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Mosey to the \u201csmall\u201d track:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 warm up lap<\/li>\n<li>Side straddle hop x 20<\/li>\n<li>Hill Billy\u2019s x 20<\/li>\n<li>Squats x 20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Round 1 x\u00a0 4 rounds<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lap<\/li>\n<li>5 pull-ups<\/li>\n<li>10 jump squats<\/li>\n<li>10 shoulder slap merkins<\/li>\n<li>10 Freddy Mercurys<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Round 2 &#8211;\u00a0 partner work<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1<sup>st<\/sup> partner run to opposite soccer goal &amp; back<\/li>\n<li>2<sup>nd<\/sup> partner &amp; flap jack<\/li>\n<li>50 burpees<\/li>\n<li>75 merkin jacks<\/li>\n<li>100 full extension crunches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Round 3 &#8211;\u00a0 meant to be 4 corners, but only time for 1 corner<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 jump shots each side<\/li>\n<li>10 merkins<\/li>\n<li>10 knee tucks<\/li>\n<li>10 crunchy frogs<\/li>\n<li>10 lunges<\/li>\n<li>10 wide merkins<\/li>\n<li>10 hill billy knee tucks<\/li>\n<li>10 ski abs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Mary<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 Mutton crunches each leg<\/li>\n<li>DONE!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A good time was had by all as far as yhc could tell. The mumble chatter was more muted than expected, although a it was noted that humidity has returned to the gloom.\u00a0 A good sweat to kick off the work week.\u00a0 An honor to be with Starfish, Boomerang, Fingers and Spicoli. \u00a0Fine work men!<\/p>\n<p><u>Prayer request:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spicoli would appreciate prayers for a challenging few weeks ahead<\/li>\n<li>Yhc took the pax out \u2013 grateful for the F3 fellowship and courage for each of us to step through the doors God opens in front of us.
