YHC arrived at 6:50am and found Offsides sitting in his car.\u00a0 As time got closer to 7 YHC started wondering if anyone else actually post.\u00a0 Good news is cars started to arrive and we circled up with a group 15 including 1 FNG.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>YHC took us out thanking God for the PAX and our ability to strengthen our bodies and each other.\u00a0 Let us be a light of grace to the city<\/p>\n

As stated earlier Offsides and I wondered if it would be just the two of us.\u00a0 We were pleasantly surprised and then confused to see BAM arrive in Bluto’s truck wearing cachos and a polo shirt.\u00a0 Something about college tours and no time for the 1st F of F3.<\/p>\n

PAX seemed to tolerate the Broadway playlist.\u00a0 Hoptoberfest and Burlap were heard singing along.\u00a0 Not typical “pump up” or “workout music” but it can get the blood going.\u00a0 Burlap did suggest not performing any of the exercises above in the theater if you do happen to see Les Miserable in person.<\/p>\n

Two minutes of step ups during is hard and stupid.\u00a0 Spamalot was pushing hard to my left which kept me going.<\/p>\n

PAX were a bit concerned when I lead the peleton run into a neighborhood.\u00a0 YHC was on home turf so was comfortable cruising Hope Valley to the path to the rock pile.\u00a0 I promised dry shoes.<\/p>\n

Ripple is a beast.\u00a0 At the rock pile he found a huge rock and powered through the exercises.<\/p>\n

Traffic jams were constant around the traffic circle.\u00a0 Many PAX couldn’t figure out the difference between clockwise and counterclockwise.\u00a0 Everyone wants to be an individual.<\/p>\n

During the Broadway medley at the rock pile Boomerang properly identified several shows very quickly.\u00a0 Name that tune.<\/p>\n

Undertow was a big fan of the high notes in the Phantom of the Opera.<\/p>\n

Welcome to former FNG Oompa.\u00a0 David Dahl is a self proclaimed huge Duke fan and was EH’d by VanPelt and Splash.\u00a0 Elon College Alum works in the banking industry.\u00a0 PAX decided to be kind and went down the Roald Dahl road.\u00a0 David Dahl -> Roald Dahl -> Willy Wonka -> Oompa Loompa -> Welcome\u00a0<\/strong>Oompa!<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was a pleasure to Q this fine group of men!<\/p>\n
