YHC\u00a0was not feeling particularly creative, assuredly it was a different mix of PAX, \u00a0plus it worked so well the last time\u00a0that we did\u00a0it again.<\/p>\n
Gathered in parking lot between Harris Teeter and McDonald’s at the Village at Robinhood (when near Brookberry you should name your shopping center with a preposition in the middle).<\/p>\n
Began running NASCAR style toward traffic circle – stopped and performed 5 arm swirly things F\/R<\/p>\n
Ran around continuing to make\u00a0left turns and at fire hydrant near Novant Health office performed 5 fire hydrants each leg.<\/p>\n
Continued running to La Caretta stop and performed 5 dying cucarachas.<\/p>\n
Onward to Harris Teeter – stopped and performed 5 Slide your VIC card merkins aka slerkins – count each merkin not each slide<\/p>\n
Final stop at BB&T where\u00a0we performed 5 Money Mayweathers each arm (similar to Nolan Ryans but punch both in front and behind stationary arm)<\/p>\n
Repeato added 5 reps each lap<\/p>\n
Gathered for Mary at 6:10<\/p>\n

This went pretty much as planned except for there being 6 fast holes and one slow Q.\u00a0 Pax were quick to catch on to the theme of each stop #easytoremember – however, last time for this same plan at this AO it took Burlap a few stops at the hydrant to realize the connection.<\/p>\n
Slide your VIC card merkins were quite the #crowdpleaser by lap 4 and up<\/p>\n
Not sure which of the fast holes were the fastest since YHC was half a lap behind but TClaps to Zima as he kept up with the lead pack after a RI and later RO.<\/p>\n
Thistle is plenty fast for a War Daddy<\/p>\n
Thanks to Plunger for hanging back with YHC and getting in some 2nd F<\/p>\n
Plunger, Thistle and YHC had an impromptu coffeeteria at Mickey D’s #convenient<\/p>\n
Each lap was approx .45 mi so some got in just under 3 mi.<\/p>\n
Thought some of the Brookberry crowd might make it – no<\/p>\n
Whirly planned to post – also no<\/p>\n
