{"id":4662,"date":"2018-04-29T09:54:50","date_gmt":"2018-04-29T13:54:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=4662"},"modified":"2018-04-29T09:54:50","modified_gmt":"2018-04-29T13:54:50","slug":"rucking-through-ruckberry-farm-and-century-rucks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2018\/04\/rucking-through-ruckberry-farm-and-century-rucks\/","title":{"rendered":"Rucking through Ruckberry Farm and Century Rucks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A beautiful but slightly chilly spring morning found 3 intrepid PAX ready to trudge some picturesque neighborhoods with some unnecessary weight on their backs&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>MMR Route is found <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mapmyrun.com\/routes\/fullscreen\/2033634430\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We had a slight route malfunction (Q&#8217;s fault), so the actual route looked more like this TBT:<\/p>\n<p>Starting out of Meadlowlark School parking lot:<br \/>\nR Meadowlark<br \/>\nL Hundley<br \/>\nR Rosewind Ln<br \/>\nContinue onto Brookberry Farm Circle<br \/>\nR Cedarmere Dr<br \/>\nR Windalier Ln<br \/>\nL Brookberry Farm Circle<\/p>\n<p>At this point we went too far, and by the time we were almost back to Roeswind Ln, we figured out we missed a turn an doubled back&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Heading back up Brookberry Farm Circle<br \/>\nR Brookberry Farm Rd<br \/>\nL Heron Ridge Rd<br \/>\n(Skipped the circle onto Summer Hill Ln and continued on Heron Ridge Rd)<br \/>\nCross Meadowlark onto Century Oaks all the way down to the Greenway<br \/>\nWalk the Greenway back to Meadowlark School<\/p>\n<p>Conversation topics ranged from &#8220;oil sand&#8221; in Alberta, CA, to nice beaches on Lake Winnepeg to the price of the houses in the neighborhoods where we walked. @DDay looked them up on his phone as we walked.<\/p>\n<p>YHC took us out.<\/p>\n<p>Aye!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A beautiful but slightly chilly spring morning found 3 intrepid PAX ready to trudge some picturesque neighborhoods with some unnecessary weight on their backs&#8230; MMR Route is found here.
