{"id":4597,"date":"2018-04-23T09:47:56","date_gmt":"2018-04-23T13:47:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=4597"},"modified":"2019-05-20T16:49:53","modified_gmt":"2019-05-20T20:49:53","slug":"playing-cards-and-getting-grossed-out-at-village-idiocy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2018\/04\/playing-cards-and-getting-grossed-out-at-village-idiocy\/","title":{"rendered":"Playing Cards and Getting Grossed Out at Village Idiocy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Q: SGT Schultz<\/p>\n<p>Date:\u00a0 April 23, 2018<\/p>\n<p>The PAX:\u00a0 Buttermaker, Bulldog (WD), Sassy (WB), Schneider, SGT Schultz, Spamalot<\/p>\n<p>6 PAX assembled on a beautiful Monday\u00a0morning\u00a0at the Clemmons YMCA to experience the fun of Village Idiocy.\u00a0\u00a0 We did in fact have fun, along with knocking out 144 reps (a dozen dozens being otherwise known as a Gross) of 4 exercises as determined by a deck of cards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WARMARAMA<\/strong>:\u00a0 SSHs, ISTs, Arm Swirly Things (forward &amp; reverse), Seal Claps, Whirly with the Claps, and Abe Vigoda<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE THANG:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Mosey to the far end of the side parking lot (which was empty), where a deck of cards and a Weinke was waiting.<\/p>\n<p>We took turns drawing 4 cards at a time, which resulted in 13 sets of exercises.\u00a0 The card suits were divided up as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spades = Merkins<\/li>\n<li>Clubs = Dips (using the parking lot curb)<\/li>\n<li>Hearts = Squats<\/li>\n<li>Diamonds =Monkey Humpers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Numbered cards represented their face value.\u00a0 Jacks were worth 15 reps, Queens\u00a020 reps, Kings 25 reps and Aces 30 reps.
