{"id":4433,"date":"2018-04-10T20:33:22","date_gmt":"2018-04-11T00:33:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=4433"},"modified":"2018-04-10T20:33:22","modified_gmt":"2018-04-11T00:33:22","slug":"bunny-hops-get-goofy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2018\/04\/bunny-hops-get-goofy\/","title":{"rendered":"Bunny Hops Get Goofy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PAX:\u00a0 Boomerang, Bolero (Kotters), Ink Spot (WD), The Singing Cowboy, Drano, Wobegon, Goofy, Palin, Schneider, Jiminy (WB), Sour Mash, Drama Queen<\/p>\n<p>The gloom came early for a few EC runners although not as many as expected.\u00a0 Sour Mash, TSC, Palin and YHC got in a #Mashmile launching at 5:00.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the pax rolled in at the regular time.\u00a0 YHC mentioned that any more pax would need to come in pairs since we had an even # and there would be partner work.\u00a0 Jiminy arrived around the end of SSHs and as luck would have it, long lost Bolero pulled in around middle of Warmorama.\u00a0 We had an even dozen but that would change.\u00a0 Cliffhanger&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The thang went something like this<\/p>\n<p>WARMORAMA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH<\/li>\n<li>IST<\/li>\n<li>Abe Vigoda<\/li>\n<li>Whirly w\/clap<\/li>\n<li>Arm Swirly things<\/li>\n<li>OH clap<\/li>\n<li>DD Crabs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to bricks and carry them to wall \u2013 wall sits with bricks<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wonderbras<\/li>\n<li>Jack Reachers<\/li>\n<li>Flies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Front of curbs<\/p>\n<p>Wheel O\u2019 Merkins 8 IC each w\/ 30 sec plank before each turn<\/p>\n<p>Fast feet \u2013 oops totally forgot this<\/p>\n<p>Line up for ZZ bunny hops<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to hill<\/p>\n<p>10 wide merkins at top crab walk down 10 diamond merkins then backpedal up<\/p>\n<p>10 Russian twists bear crawl down 10 heels to heaven then backpedal up<\/p>\n<p>10 squats duck walk down 10 monkey humpers stay at bottom of hill<\/p>\n<p>To football field and partner up<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner push<\/li>\n<li>Partner pull<\/li>\n<li>Partner carry<\/li>\n<li>Saratoga<\/li>\n<li>2 Rounds if time allows \u2013 time did not allow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Back to wall to pick up bricks and another round of<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wonderbras<\/li>\n<li>Jack Reachers &#8211; nope<\/li>\n<li>Flies &#8211; nope<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Put up bricks<\/p>\n<p>MARY<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LBCs<\/li>\n<li>Dying cockroach<\/li>\n<li>Snow Angels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NMM<\/p>\n<p>Good to see Bolero back out &#8211; YHC had seen him out and he HCed for Parliament but that was\u00a0few weeks ago &#8211; better late than never back<\/p>\n<p>MC was coming pretty strong on wheel o merkins &#8211; addition of planks were a #crowdpleaser.\u00a0 Goofy in particular was desiring the partner work to begin earlier.\u00a0 These comments would prove to\u00a0be a fateful turn of Q karma.\u00a0 After YHC demonstrated the Zig Zag bunny hop across the curbs and had to encourage the rest of the pax to follow, near the back of the line Goofy pulled his best Tony Finau impression and went down with the dreaded twisted ankle.\u00a0 He insisted the rest of the pax continue on which we were going to anyway but we did think about him as we journeyed to the hill.\u00a0 He was at the wall upon our arrival to retrieve our bricks and participated in Mary so he gets full credit for the workout.
