9 PAX including YHC made their way to the Outhouse to diagnose a bad back and work through exercises to test the criticality. Fortunately, the Windmills loosened things up and it was all downhill from there. The fun adventure out near the woodshed went something like this\u2026 <\/p>\n

\nRace 3 \u2013 Crab Walk while PAX does various Plank positions<\/p>\n

Even more time so it is only fitting that we do cross court Suicides, if only juts one, but that would not be balanced so we decided on 2. The joy was ringing\u2026

COT<\/strong>
\nYHC took the PAX out giving thanks for the PAX and the strength that we gain from being together, petitions to help us go out and be better fathers, husbands, and leaders in our community. Special prayers for all of those who are struggling with addictions.<\/p>\n

NMC<\/strong>
\nGreat group of guys with good energy today. All the PAX kept up and had some good groans and mumble chatter along the way. <\/p>\n

Notables were:
\n#Burlap<\/strong> was in his element when the Blimp was called. #childsplay for the thrifty one. It wasn\u2019t a competition but YHC with a bad back clearly out duck walked the master. Where is #Juice Box when you need to walk like a Duck?
\n#Landshark<\/strong> and #Lite Brigade<\/strong> should have swapped names today as #Landshark has some sort of sweet deal with Duke Power\/WSFC Parks as he had the magic lighting touch. Both of these guys had some strong work out there today.
\nWhile #Palin<\/strong> is merely half the man he used to be he is strong and was sporting some solid form on the Crab Walk,
\n#Manscape<\/strong> however was that crab or some other evolved crustacean..\u2026 Well he just decided to get us all back with the 20 count IC Rosalita\u2019s to burn us right down to the end.
\n#Balco<\/strong> and #TheNantan<\/strong> were in general on the genre although it took way too long to muster Greg Allman and the Allman Brothers Band on \u201cOne Way Out\u201d Was somewhat impressed with the Joe Walsh call, but knew that \u201cFunk 49\u201d was going to be a tester. #evenolderthanYHC.
\n#RedEye was his always pleasant and solid soldier today keenly giving \u201cfocused\u201d directions on \u201cwhere can we run around here \u2013 answer: everywhere\u201d Maybe it was the uncertainty of the follow-through of YHC and very real potential of a substiQ. Great group of men and a lot of fun out at a great AO. Solid numbers. Thanks for the keys \u2013 RedEye!
