{"id":4179,"date":"2018-03-19T13:54:42","date_gmt":"2018-03-19T17:54:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=4179"},"modified":"2018-03-19T13:54:42","modified_gmt":"2018-03-19T17:54:42","slug":"justice-league-at-the-outhouse-hedwig","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2018\/03\/justice-league-at-the-outhouse-hedwig\/","title":{"rendered":"Justice League at the Outhouse! &#8211; Hedwig"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The PAX:\u00a0\u00a0Splash, Van Gough, Redeye, Sleeper, Droid, Hedwig, FNG Ryan (now Watergate), Stardust, Inkspot, Pita, Zima<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>11 PAX ventured to the Hall of Justice to learn about the Justice League, which was originally launched in March 1960.\u00a0 During their trip, they learned about Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman, Martian Manhunter, and the Flash.\u00a0 Unfortunately, Green Lantern was nowhere to be found.<\/p>\n<p>The tour went something like this:<\/p>\n<p><u>Wonder Woman<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Playground<\/p>\n<p>15 Swerkins<\/p>\n<p>20 Heels to Heaven<\/p>\n<p>20 Calf Raises\/Side<\/p>\n<p>30 American Hammers<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Superman<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Shelter<\/p>\n<p>10 Supermans Straight, 10 Flying Left, 10 Flying Right<\/p>\n<p>5 Dips and Flip\/5 Erkins and Flip Along the Tables (Wall Sit for the Six)<\/p>\n<p>10 Donkey Kicks<\/p>\n<p>10 Partner Leg Throws per Position (Straight, Left, Right)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Batman<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Center of Dirt\/Gravel Running Track<\/p>\n<p><strong>BAT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buddy Carry Between Two Trees<\/p>\n<p>Aiken Legs<\/p>\n<p>10 Squats<\/p>\n<p>10 Air Jumps<\/p>\n<p>10 Lunges\/Leg<\/p>\n<p>60 SSH (#InfiniteSSH)<\/p>\n<p>Buddy Carry Between Two Trees<\/p>\n<p>Three Amigos\u00a0 (wall sit)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Martian Manhunter<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Parking Lot<\/p>\n<p>Howling Monkeys (15 Monkey Humpers\/Person while Everyone Holds the Position)\u00a0 #crowdpleaser<\/p>\n<p>Wheelbarrow Walk<\/p>\n<p>30 Red Bull Smurf Jacks (rapid squat position SSH)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Aquaman<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Rock Pile<\/p>\n<p>20 Arm Circle Swirlies<\/p>\n<p>20 Arm Circle Swirlies Reverse<\/p>\n<p>20 The Swimmer with Rocks<\/p>\n<p>20 Flutter Kicks<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Flash<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Launch from Rock Pile Area<\/p>\n<p>10 Imperial Walkers<\/p>\n<p>Sprint Around Direct\/Gravel Track<\/p>\n<p>20 Partner Hand-Clap Merkins<\/p>\n<p>Sprint Around Direct\/Gravel Track<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Parking Lot<\/p>\n<p><strong>FIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All was going as planned until Stardust got kidnapped by the RNG group.\u00a0 He later found his way back to the Hall of Justice.<\/p>\n<p>There was a fair amount of MC this morning.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zima complained about his poor legs<\/li>\n<li>There was general lamentation about the Three Amigo Partner Wall Sit and how it didn\u2019t work last time (it worked just fine this time!)<\/li>\n<li>Stardust needed his inhaler (YHC doesn\u2019t think it\u2019s albuterol in there\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Van Gough\u2019s rocks were too big for The Swimmer. Sleeper fired a shot, comparing VG\u2019s rocks to his ego.<\/li>\n<li>The Howling Monkeys were an EXTREME #crowdpleaser. YHC thinks he\u2019ll adopt Howling Monkeys into every workout from now on.<\/li>\n<li>One PAX talked about feeling faint from blood pressure issues. Don\u2019t worry, no PAX were permanently harmed during this workout.<\/li>\n<li>Pita and Sleeper really liked the Flash station.
