We did some warm up in the parking lot – 20x SSH, 15x IST, 10x windmills and 5x burpess. \u00a0We ran over the Summit school and took advantage of the shelter too stay dry.<\/p>\n
We started with 20x dips followed by 25 aiken legs (25x step ups each leg, 25x box jumps, 25 lunges each leg, 25 squats).<\/p>\n
Partner work: \u00a0Alternative run and exercise as partner runs: \u00a0Merkins, derkins, urkins, dips, CDD, diamond merkins, wide merkins. \u00a0I can’t remember but we were supposed to do a core exercise here.<\/p>\n
