Our number equaled a Mighty 3!<\/p>\n<p>Harden even went as far as to EH another poor sap, Sassy, and they did an #TeachersPet run BEFORE the workout.\u00a0 So YHC had no problems sticking to the plan since the PAX were already soaked.<\/p>\n<p>Circle up and <strong>Warmarma<\/strong> in the parking lot: SSH, IST, Hillbillies (for #Fingers who was absent), Merkins, Peter Parkers, Merkins, Squats, bounce up and down<\/p>\n<p>Mosey by loan basketball goal and pretend to do a layup<\/p>\n<p>Continue to shelter for a bit of strength work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Round of ATM (Found this on the F3Nation Exicon; it looked better on paper): 15 Alternating Shoulder Touches In Cadence (4-count), 10 Tempo Merkins (down on the 1-2-3, up on 4), 10 fast Merkins.
