Mosey around back of school and find a wall – permutations of Wall sits – regular, Seal claps, OH claps, Head \/ shoulders \/ knees \/ toes (knees \/ toes).<\/p>\n
Run steps and around building twice.<\/p>\n

Mosey back to front of school for 2 sets of Fast feet and WWII situps.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Mosey to pavilion next to parking lot for Irkins, Dips, Alternating leg step ups.\u00a0 Repeato.<\/p>\n

Mary – Mutton crunches, Bicycle, Low flutter.<\/p>\n

Not a ton of MC – PAX busy counting (though YHC thinks D Day purposefully sabotages said count).\u00a0 Few comments on lack of creativity.\u00a0 Would PAX rather Crawl Bear down a railing while yodeling?<\/p>\n

Announcements – IS will launch at 0600 this Saturday so PAX to go to Habitat for Humanity Build.\u00a0 Closer looking for overnight volunteers at 1st Pres Overflow Shelter (he’ll do 25 burpees every time a PAX signs up anew for the month of March) – he hates burpees, but loves volunteers!<\/p>\n
