Still reeling from a fairly non-consequential comedic debut filled with dead silence following ringer jokes at #The Estate on Monday, YHC rallied a bakers dozen plus one for Redline. The AO for the elite runners not those #Break Something yahoos who think you have to run 40 miles a week to run a 5-K (who came up with that silly plan anyway?).\u00a0 In classic YHC form, the poaching efforts were in full gear and the effort yielded success. Happy to see Balco, Beverly, and Bluto break ranks and join. The plan was fairly simple. Warm up, run in circles and head into COT. Its all fun and games until someone(no names – Bev) wines about the amount of mileage he can expect (note: fastholes+breaksomethings = needy) So a one mile RIRO from Cagneys was called. 4 Pax added 2 miles to the 5 miles that Redline delivered. It went something like this…<\/p>\n

Warmorama<\/strong> – 1 lap around the park<\/p>\n

The Thang<\/strong> – 400-800-1600 Ladder with a twist. Rest while moseying 400 meters and squeeze in 20 merkins for good measure. (100 merkins completed)<\/p>\n

\nSac was late, so he ran extra fast – glad we went right instead of left
\nThe Lassie run went erratically beyond the 6 and back – what the heck were you guys doing?
\nMerkins got groans but YHC is tired of seeing a bunch of spindly runners arms. Note if you add mileage, it shouldn’t interfere with your boot camp time! For adding instructions see Toe Tag
\nLitter Box was fast today – again.
\nSac was heard audibly asking “How did we pass Beverly” Note: It was his “Restday” – geez
\nTR refuses to add miles and YHC is starting to think he is on to something. Dude is fast. Must be something about his grey hair coming in – #raceagainsttheclock
\nMr. Hand’s form was a little disappointing, he is going to have to go back to running school or something – Note below…
\nManscape continues to drown out the rest of the bunch, really becoming a concern as YHC had ot call him down. Strong dude #OMS Appreciate the keys.
\nLandshark was YHC’s clock watcher today, keeping it punctual.
\nAll Pax worked hard today. It was an ambitious plan and everyone rose to the occasion.<\/p>\n
