PAX #1 would call exercise and other PAX would conduct 15 reps while PAX #1 scurried with said rock.\u00a0 Once all PAX caught up, the rock was thrown on the ground forcefully and PAX #2 would call an exercise, pick up the rock and scurry away.\u00a0 Repeto four times each until back to the drainage ditch.
