Instead, YHC arrived a few minutes early to scout out the AO and make sure that GoogleMaps had not lied to me. Having confirmed that my totally well thought out and time calibrated weinke was fully vetted, I returned to the parking lot to find a growing group of PAX ready to get started. When my little pink wrist watch struck 0530, we were off<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to paved track behind Zima\u2019s house, taking the long way so as to avoid uneven terrain and squishy stuff<\/p>\n<p>Warm-O-Rama: SSH, Hillbilly, AV, Whirly<\/p>\n<p>Mosey Lap<\/p>\n<p>Circle Merk: Assume plank position. YHC announced the first merkin type, crucible merkins, and led the group in 10 IC. PAX to my left calls the next merkin and leads 10, then the next&#8230; PAX supposed to hold plank between each set. Made it about 1\/3 of the way around the circle<\/p>\n<p>Mosey Lap<\/p>\n<p>Iron Mike x10 OYO, Copperhead squat x10 OYO<\/p>\n<p>Circle Merk for the next 1\/3<sup>rd<\/sup> of circle<\/p>\n<p>Mosey Lap<\/p>\n<p>Iron Mike x10 OYO, Copperhead squat x10 OYO<\/p>\n<p>Circle Merk for the final 1\/3<sup>rd<\/sup> of circle (cause you know what happens if you don\u2019t finish a circle merk)<\/p>\n<p>Mosey Lap then to the wall by the busses for wall sits for the 6<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to cars for Mary by committee<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Much larger crowd than I was expecting, so the circle merk was pretty painful. PAX got pretty quiet on the MC, save for the cries for mercy. Always makes a Q feel good when PAX are begging to run. YHC picked up the idea at the Ruckus training in GSO over the weekend, somehow it seemed easier with the ruck on.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>YHC hopes that everyone\u2019s shoes stayed dry and the workout lived up to Mayhem expectations.
