{"id":3766,"date":"2018-02-19T08:18:27","date_gmt":"2018-02-19T12:18:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=3766"},"modified":"2018-02-19T08:22:33","modified_gmt":"2018-02-19T12:22:33","slug":"a-spectacular-morning-in-the-village","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2018\/02\/a-spectacular-morning-in-the-village\/","title":{"rendered":"A Spectacular Morning in the Village"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>5 Village Idiots posted in the finest workout in WestFoCo this AM. \u00a0It went like this:<\/p>\n<p>Warm-O-Rama &#8211; the usual fare<\/p>\n<p>The Thang<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multiples of 3\n<ul>\n<li>In one shelter do 3 burpees run to next shelter do 6, run back do 9, then 12, then SSH until 6 is up<\/li>\n<li>Same as above but do Merkins in multiples of 6, so 6, 12, 18, 24<\/li>\n<li>Same, but do Squats in multiples of 12<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Kettle bell Improv &#8211; one pax does 25 swings with a choice of KB weights of 25lbs or 35lbs and calls an exercise for the remaining pax to do AMRAP. \u00a0 A variety of exercises were chosen, including American Hammer, step ups, LBC&#8217;s, penguin crunch, merkins, side lunges, low flutter, irking, dips (not in that order)<\/li>\n<li>Did the above until 0614, then did a plank until the Q&#8217;s watch said 0615<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FIN<\/p>\n<p>Announcements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>@Finger&#8217;s M is traveling to El Salvador on business this week &#8211; prayers for safe travels for her and for a good week for @Fingers and his step-son<\/li>\n<li>@Starfish talked about expansion in Phoenix and in DC among other places. \u00a0See him to help.<\/li>\n<li>@Goofy&#8217;s son received his Eagle Scout rank yesterday. \u00a0#ProudDad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NMM<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MC was light, which through off the Q and YHC forgot the number 9 &#8211; which was supposed to be squats, and then 12&#8217;s were AH&#8217;s, but we got those done anyway. \u00a0Skipping number 9 was noted by the math geeks.<\/li>\n<li>@Boomerang was getting after it today.
