YHC was Qing for the 2nd time in 3 days – not quite as bad as the Tar Heel bb schedule but YHC had a severe lack of motivation after looking at the forecast.\u00a0 After touring the grounds Sunday afternoon with my dog a few ideas were percolating.\u00a0 Fortunately Starfish tweeted this was the 4th birthday for our beloved AO so a plan of some sort developed.<\/p>\n
At 0530 6 cars were in the parking lot but only 4 pax as Harden and Sassy were off on more EC madness.\u00a0 We stayed close for some warmorama which consisted of the standards – SSH, IST, \u00a0Arm Swirlies, Mtn Climbers and maybe something else.\u00a0 Almost forgot that we\u00a0began the birthday\u00a0celebration with 4 burpees OYO. 4 would be a popular # for the day.\u00a0Around the end of warmorama, the two lost pax were spotted coming into the parking lot from parts unknown and we immediately moseyed past them not allowing any rest time – they took some anyway.<\/p>\n
Other 4 pax moseyed to the well lit Publix for 4 corners x 4.\u00a0 Corner one – Mike Tysons 10 IC, Corner two – Scorpion Merkins 6 IC, Corner three (near Moe’s) 10 Rosalitas IC, and Corner four (near fire hydrant) 10 fire hydrants IC.\u00a0 Harden and Sassy joined us at corner 3 of lap 1.\u00a0 After 4 laps we moseyed back to parking lot.\u00a0 Offsides was clearly offsides on this run and Boomerang couldn’t decide if he should boomerang for the\u00a06 or try to catch Offsides.\u00a0 He ended up waiting on 6.<\/p>\n
We then gathered near end of lot for a little 4 horsemen – Berar Crawl, Crab Walk, Duck Walk and Alligator Crawl.<\/p>\n
Some Mary and we were done.<\/p>\n

Rain held off and it was nice to run on the smooth pavement and well lit parking lot of Publix – Boomerang doesn’t like their prices but Fingers says protein powder there is cheaper than Wal Mart.<\/p>\n
Harden and Sassy continue to crush the EC runs so Cobains on the slightly higher than normal but within bootcamp standards of running – Fingers’ device measured 2.2 mi.<\/p>\n
Good to see Offsides making some weekday workouts #doctorsschedules<\/p>\n
The 4th anniversary party went down with no original redwoods or site Q – Spamalot claims to have been practicing for next Olympic hockey team Sunday night.\u00a0 Herb Brooks would approve of morning workout after late night workout.<\/p>\n

My wife always made the comment the terrible twos had nothing on the “effing” fours – hopeful that the great AO that VI is will see a good year.\u00a0 Get on out WestFoCo pax and it’s not that far for most everyone else.<\/p>\n
