In coming up with a theme for my Q at Purgatory I couldn’t help but notice it was super bowl weekend. This of course made me think of Tom Brady and how much I deeply despise what he has been able to do to my beloved Buffalo Bills throughout his career. I decided to channel this energy into a beat down that would hopefully make every Pax in attendance hate him as much as I do! It went something like this:<\/p>\n
A few relevant facts for the beat down: <\/span><\/p>\n On 12\/3\/17 Brady breaks the NFL record for victories over a single team and improves his career record against the Bills to 27-3<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0On 12\/24\/17 he extends the streak to 28-3 where it currently sits <\/span><\/p>\n So Warm-o-Rama: Followed by The Thang:<\/p>\n Tom Brady’s terrible track (cheat if you have to after all its Tom Brady!) Mosey to rock pile for Jet fans<\/span><\/p>\n Tom Brady beat Brett Favre who sits at number 2 with 26 wins over the Lions and who sits at #3? Why Tom Brady does with 25 wins over the Jets! In his career he has a 25 and 7 record over the Jets so with that in mind we did: Mosey to lido deck<\/span><\/p>\n To celebrate Tom’s 5 super bowl wins we went to the bottom of the hill to the right of the lido deck and did: Then up to the Lido deck for more fun Mosey to the base of the hill<\/p>\n Fly like an eagle to the parking lot (Jail Break)<\/p>\n Mary:<\/p>\n Some Mutton crunch, penguin crunch, and of course BOX CUTTERS<\/p>\n With that the official time keeper (Starfish) called the workout complete with 13 bonus seconds so all pax in attendance get 13 seconds off their next F3 workout.<\/p>\n Announcements:<\/p>\n Hoptoberfest is closing his store and needs moving help on 2\/25\/18 (a Sunday) if you are available please DM him<\/p>\n 1st Prez Men’s retreat is March 15-16 speaker is Agony from Charlotte (you don’t have to be Presbyterian to attend) DM Beast Lite for details<\/p>\n Pony has his 1st Q since his knee surgery on Monday at VI<\/p>\n Ripple has his VQ next Saturday at Purgatory<\/p>\n COT: YHC took us out thanking HIM for the morning, the fellowship and asked for HIS help to remember we are his agents of change in the world and that we need to work towards HIS goals for the world and not our own. Asked for HIS help to remember those who would give anything to be able to come out but cannot due to illness or injury as well as those who should be out with us but choose not too.<\/p>\n Mumble chatter:<\/p>\n Not too bad this AM, though as mentioned the crawl-bear was just terrible and several Pax let me know it.<\/p>\n Parkay let me know that Brady will soon have 6 super bowl wins and I said not till tomorrow night!<\/p>\n Pony ran up the damn hill at the end like the animal he is named for and all I could do was watch him disappear ahead of me! Man that guy can turn on the jets when he wants!<\/p>\n Much thanks to Starfish for keeping track of the time for me as I forgot my watch (Q fail). This is a large sacrifice because just like me he hates to know how much time is left.<\/p>\n Lots of respects and even double respects out this AM, always an inspiration to me and I hope I can still keep up with them when I cross over to the respect side of things (less than 2 years away now).<\/p>\n Bull Dog gets the quote of they day as he pointed out not only is Tom Brady married to a beautiful woman (still beautiful after 3 children) but that she also makes more money than he does.
