On a beautiful but not blue or blood moonlit morning,\u00a0the pax gathered in the Calvary parking lot for a little WIB action.\u00a0 The first time at this location a few weeks ago, Zima as Q during Zima week set an unofficial WIB record of pax.\u00a0 YHC could not match the Zima week\u00a0hype but a strong crew of 7 came to get some work in.<\/p>\n
We took a short mosey to the one of the little shuttle stop shelters (when you’re as big a church as Calvary you shuttle in folks from the parking\u00a0lot).\u00a0 YHC explained we would perform exercises at the three shelters and make a couple of other stops on our lap.<\/p>\n
In honor of Ronda Rousey’s announcement this week she would begin a career in WWE, the exercises were somewhat related to fighting.\u00a0 Since she lost her last two MMA fights perhaps moving to “entertainment” might work better.\u00a0 YHC was hopeful the pax would be entertained.<\/p>\n
Also with the newly announced Balco challenge being Pickle Pounders we decided to add those to each stop.\u00a0 Pax were cautioned this had nothing to do with Ronda but perhaps some were unable to block out the image.<\/p>\n
And so we began…<\/p>\n
Stop 1 – 10 merkins \/10 PPs<\/p>\n
Stop 2- 20 Arm bar drills (10 each side) – kinda like heels to heaven with a twist \/ 10 PPs<\/p>\n
Stop 3 – 30 Jab\/cross (15 each side) \/ 10 PPs<\/p>\n
Stop 4 – 40 side kicks (20 each side) \/ 10 PPs<\/p>\n
Stop 5 – bunny hop up steps and 50 heavy bag punches at top \/ 10 PPs<\/p>\n
We got in over 2 miles and had enough time to run a couple of Gone With the Wind Sprints in honor of Clark Gable’s birthday.<\/p>\n
Finished up with low flutters and dynamic Supermans.<\/p>\n

We forgot PPs after merkins in lap 1 so we added them in later laps.\u00a0 All got at least 100 – most overachieved.\u00a0 Not quite sure what that says about pax.\u00a0 Fortunately we were not banned for Calvary parking lot.<\/p>\n
Huckleberry was Larry Bird for the day – although it may have had something to do with some of Zima’s comments near the scout hut – sorry but you’ll have to ask them.\u00a0 This is a family backblast.<\/p>\n
Zima got an EC run in<\/p>\n
