{"id":3498,"date":"2017-12-09T14:28:58","date_gmt":"2017-12-09T18:28:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=3498"},"modified":"2017-12-09T14:33:18","modified_gmt":"2017-12-09T18:33:18","slug":"snowmaggedenholiday2017-at-impassablesitutation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2017\/12\/snowmaggedenholiday2017-at-impassablesitutation\/","title":{"rendered":"SnowMaggedenHoliday2017 at #ImpassableSitutation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As #SnowmaggeddenHoliday2017 hit the DashPax, YHC suggested to Nantan a Co-Q convergence, which proved very popular to 8 pax who posted to #ImpassableSituation.\u00a0 The Nantan has taken some grief from certain unnamed Pax for said convergence, but it was YHC\u2019s idea.\u00a0 Tclaps to all who stepped up to lead this AM #StarfishPrinciple<\/p>\n<p>Impassable Situation went something like this:<\/p>\n<p><em>Goofy has the Q<\/em><\/p>\n<p><u>Warm-o-rama<\/u> \u2013 the usual stuff YHC does to warm up, including my newly copyrighted SSH\u2019s, with full rights granted for their use to #RootCanal.<\/p>\n<p><u>The Thang<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to service road road behind the track.<\/p>\n<p>Build a Snowman:<\/p>\n<p>Run 50 yards and back, return and do the following.\u00a0 Run after each exercise<\/p>\n<p>S \u2013 10 SnowAngels<\/p>\n<p>N \u2013 20 Nolan Ryans (20 each arm)<\/p>\n<p>O \u2013 30 One-legged Burpees (15 each leg up) #CrowdPleaser<\/p>\n<p>W- 40 \u00a0WW2 Situps<\/p>\n<p>M \u2013 50 Monkey Humpers<\/p>\n<p>A \u2013 60 Alaskan Hammers (same as American, but in snow)<\/p>\n<p>N \u2013 70 Nipple Merkins (dip down low so Nipples graze the ground)<\/p>\n<p>Dora &#8211;\u00a0With a partner do 50 lunges, 100 squats, 150 LBC. \u00a0P1 runs, P2 does exercise, flapjack until done<\/p>\n<p><em>Lysol has the Q<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Wall work \u2013 Wall sits, MikeTysons and more wall sits<\/p>\n<p>Bench work \u2013 Derkins, Step-ups, Dips, and Deter Darker (like Peter Parker, but with feet elevated in a Derkin position).\u00a0 After Derkins and Deter Darker, we held our a plank with feet remaining elevated)<\/p>\n<p>Hill work \u2013 Up the Intimidator, 5 burpees at bottom, 5 half way, 5 at top, and repeat on the way down<\/p>\n<p>More Bench Work \u2013 similar to the benchwork above<\/p>\n<p><u>Mary<\/u> \u2013 round robin. Some Freddie Mercs, penguin crunches, Mutton Crunches, Alaskan Hammers, and maybe some other stuff<\/p>\n<p><u>COT<\/u> \u2013 Boomerang took us out with Gratefulness, Grace, and encouragement to be the persons he wants us to be.<\/p>\n<p><u>Moleskin<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This was a great time! Except fot the hill work and the one-legged burppes.\u00a0 They sucked<\/li>\n<li>Today is @Boomerang\u2019s Birthday! 56 y\/o. @Palin suggested a celebration, where we formed two lines and @Boom ran through while we slapped him on the back. Some pax chose to slap him on the rear, but that was a personal decision.<\/li>\n<li>@Palin also shared that over his 13 mos of F3 he has lost 60 lbs!! Done through smaller portions, healthier food, exercise, and encouragement of F3 pax.\u00a0 Tclaps!<\/li>\n<li>When @Boomerang pulled up, he rolled down his window and said \u201cI have lost my mind.\u201d \u00a0 F3 does that to you.<\/li>\n<li>The One-legged burpees were a huge hit. @Undertow said how glad he was that we didn\u2019t do O\u2019s &amp; X\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>@Palin suggested American Hammers in Mary and he or some other wise pax suggested we call them #AlaskanHammers due to the snow and if you do them right, you can see Russia.<\/li>\n<li>Bad weather conditions make it hard to post, but it always bring great energy to the workout and builds better bonds. Its either shared stupidity or shared suffering or both.\u00a0 I have not decided yet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Announcements<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F3 FiA Christmas Party 12\/16 \u2013 Brookberry Farms, if you do not work in the medical industry, please submit your application for admittance to any financial administrator from a local hospital system.<\/li>\n<li>@Lysol hinted about an announcement at the party<\/li>\n<li>The HomePage of the F3WS website remains down and hope it will be up in January. It was suggested if the Pax complain more on Twitter it would really help.
