That is one in shape group; just about killed the Q! \u00a0I tried to be original by adding the 1 minute of planking after each run. I think it worked.<\/p>\n
I sensed a little consternation when the Q could not recall \u00a0the F3 term for many basic warm up exercises. Very polite bunch, usually they pounce on you for any slight mistake ( a skill Mongoose has\u00a0perfected) but this morning the Pax was not so sure resistor\u2019s age had not finally impaired his mental faculties. So the Pax stayed quiet and worried.<\/p>\n
Always great to lead such fine men !<\/p>\n
