YHC was happy to oblige Hedwig and Q Flatline for the first time in a long time. \u00a0In anticipation of rain, a plan for the parking deck was made. \u00a0The rain never came, but pain was felt undercover.<\/p>\n
The Thang:<\/p>\n
Quick mosey around the block to the bottom of the hill below the 1st Pres parking deck. \u00a0We split in half with one half sprinting put the hill while the other half performed an exercise.<\/p>\n
1sr exercise SSH<\/p>\n
2nd exercise Hill Billies<\/p>\n
3rd exercise Whirlys<\/p>\n
Now that everyone was warm, it was off to the ground floor of the garage.<\/p>\n
We performed one exercise on the 1st level. \u00a0On the second level we repeated the first exercise and added one more. \u00a0We did this until we had moved up 7 levels and performed 7 exercises. \u00a0Those that finished first performed SSH until the 6 was done.<\/p>\n
Floor 1-7 – 10 Burpees<\/p>\n
Floor 2-7 – 20 Monkey Humpers<\/p>\n
Floors 3-7 \u00a0– \u00a05 pull ups<\/p>\n
Floors 4-7 \u00a0– 20 Squats<\/p>\n
Floors 5-7 \u00a0– 25 Dips<\/p>\n
Floors 6-7 \u00a0– 20 Imperial Storm Trooper<\/p>\n
Floor 7 \u00a0– \u00a0Plank Jacks<\/p>\n
That was so much fun we repeated Floors 1-3<\/p>\n

Time flies when you re having fun and we were left with exactly 5 minutes for Mary.<\/p>\n
