Apparently there have been a few Fartsack Qs lately so YHC poses this question to the Pax.\u00a0 If a Q fartsacks and no pax are there to witness it did it really happen (or not happen)?\u00a0 Just asking…<\/p>\n
Fortunately both situations were narrowly avoided this AM at #Dawgpound.\u00a0 YHC happened to check the Q calendar after not seeing a tweet for DP and yep there was “DQ”\u00a0 Only a few likes and retweets of my subsequent tweet so YHC did not know what to expect.\u00a0 With a few minutes to spare, Huckleberry rolled in along with a couple of other cars.\u00a0 One was a sad clown walker and the other no one ever got out. #suspicious. At 6:30 there was no Ice Dancer speeding in on a bike, no Phelps RIRO, or any other pax in sight so we began with a few of the warmarama standards and a DQ standard – dry dock crabs.<\/p>\n
Still no other pax so off into the dark forest we ran.\u00a0 We stopped at the first shelter for a few other things – stepups, irkins, derkins, and bench curls.\u00a0 Then it was a 2 man super collider around the loop on the path\u00a0from shelter around horse lot.\u00a0\u00a0When we met – 10 merkins, run then 20 lbcs, run then 30 squats.\u00a0 We did another set increasing to 20\/40\/60.\u00a0 Enough running there and clock was ticking so we ran the long way back stopping at benches to do other arms\/abs\/legs stuff.\u00a0 Mixture of dips, feet on bench crunches, Bulgarian split squats, irkins, leg lifts, and box jumps of various reps.<\/p>\n
A little Mary in parking lot and we’re done.<\/p>\n

Something about small #s seem to get an extra push – YHC was somewhat shocked to see total mileage was 4.9. Not bad considering all the other stuff we did and not venturing too far into the park.\u00a0\u00a0Cobains to\u00a0Huckleberry on the harder uphill<\/p>\n
It was very dark on last day of DST – looking forward to a little less gloom next week<\/p>\n
YHC and Huckleberry are both looking forward to separate but likely equally tasty pork BBQ dinners tonight<\/p>\n
Lots of others non F3 pax out at Tanglewood on an unseasonably warm morning – we missed on an attempted flying EH\u00a0but the guy\u00a0asked more questions in parking lot – may have a possibility for next week<\/p>\n
Didn’t see any deer until leaving but then saw a couple<\/p>\n

YHC took us out thanking for day and ability to be out and asking for comfort for those still dealing with natural disasters and tragedy.<\/p>\n
