Schultz at #TheDistillery and we clown car&#8217;d to Schneider&#8217;s to pick up him and Wort. We rolled to our next location at the Holiday Inn Express by Childress Vineyards hoping to see a few more F3WS PAX show up. \u00a0A little 2nd F while we waited and at 0545 we hopped back in the vehicular and made our way to #TheCourt.<\/p>\n<p>As we were doing a little reconnaissance, we met Born Again Beavis. \u00a0He gave us a quick tour and we all grabbed some blocks and brought them to the back of the AO where the beatdown would take place.<\/p>\n<p>PAX assembled, introduction was made and YHC led a Lexington themed beatdown as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-O-Rama:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Route 64 Arm Swirly Things Forward x 6 &amp; 4 IC<\/li>\n<li>Route 64 Arm Swirly Things Backward x 6 &amp; 4 IC<\/li>\n<li>I-85 Imperial Stormtroopers x 8 &amp; 5 IC<\/li>\n<li>I-85 Side Straddle Hops x 8 &amp; 5 OYO<\/li>\n<li>Route 52 Seal Claps x 5 &amp; 2 IC<\/li>\n<li>Route 52 Overhead Claps x 5 &amp; 2 IC<\/li>\n<li>Bob Timberlake\u2019s aka Abe Vigodas x 15 IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The THANG<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Modified Deck of Death<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hearts = \u201cPork Shoulder\u201d Presses aka Block Shoulder Presses<\/li>\n<li>Diamonds = \u201cHigh Rock\u201d Squats aka Goblet Squats<\/li>\n<li>Clubs = \u201cLexington Dip\u201d aka Bench Dips<\/li>\n<li>Spades = \u201cRCRs\u201d aka LBCs<\/li>\n<li>Jack, Queen or King of any suit = \u201cCaution Lap\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Jokers = Wild Card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Flip an Ace (1) through 10 and perform number of reps of exercise based on the suit<\/p>\n<p>Flip a face card and run a \u201cCaution Lap\u201d around designated area<\/p>\n<p>Flip a Joker and perform 5 Burpees<\/p>\n<p>We finished the deck in time to put up our blocks and mosey to the parking lot for MARY that went into a little OT!<\/p>\n<p><strong>MARY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the direction of Sgt. Schultz our new friend Ballcycles led us in ABCs. \u00a0We spelled something, but I don&#8217;t think anyone knew what it was, even Ballcycles!<\/p>\n<p>Sgt. Schultz shared the best cadence call in all of F3 Nation and led us in American Hammers<\/p>\n<p><strong>COT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I believe it was Deacon that took us out in prayer thanking God for (in summary) all three F&#8217;s!<\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was an honor for YHC to lead the PAX of F3LexNC! \u00a0#TheCourt is a great AO and I encourage all F3WS PAX to show their support to help grow the region!<\/p>\n<p>Tclaps to the F3LexNC PAX for their hospitality! \u00a0Strong work by all and I look forward to coming back soon!<\/p>\n<p>Tclaps to Schneider, Sgt.
