@Spicoli preemptively scheduled a text asking where we would be. While wiping my ass on the throne this AM, YHC alluded to the parking deck and that he hoped to see him! Much to my surprise, he responded immediately and said he was up and turned that SC into an HC. Let’s go.<\/p>\n

Right where I told him we would be! He crushed the workout and enjoyed the cardio heavy day.<\/p>\n @LC very quickly began asking for #Omaha’s<\/p>\n @VanGogh looked in peak #BourbonChase form and stayed with YHC on the runs up and down the parking deck. He blew by me once we got to the #BOMBS #Beast<\/p>\n @Bootsie was out front all morning and made the beatdown a breeze.
