An awesome breezy morn with a star sitting on the dark side of the moon greeted the intrepid quartet. Lots of time wasting conversation was attempted, but the Q held sway and off we went to Corpening Plaza…only to relocate to the empty reflecting pool overlook to avoid waking several slumbering souls.

Reluctantly I gave the call which Lamb Chop immediately knew was a repeat repeat repeat of four corners. 10 burpees followed by 10 burpees and 20 merkins, followed by 10 burpees, 20 merkins, and 30 WW IIs, followed by 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 WW IIs, and 40 plank jacks. Once accomplished, we unwound with 40 plank jacks, 30 WW IIs, 20 merkins, 10 burpees, followed by 30 WW IIs, 20 merkins, and 10 burpees, followed by 20 merkins and 10 burpees, and lastly 10 burpees.

We then moseyed to Merscell Plaza under the wind chimes/mill for extensive Mary including Jane Fondas, Sprinter sit ups, low flutters, one legged prom dates, pickle pounders(variable speeds to recreate life like experience).

Returned to the AO where I deduced that it was indeed time.

New people showing up tomorrow at Conspiracy so come on down. Prayed for the opportunity to reflect the love and majesty of our Creator to the world. Amen.

Lamb Chop let us know that Friday evening Two Cities Church is having a hamburger eating festival followed by their pastor having a meaningful word for all who attend and we were invited. I failed to give into LC’s negotiations to modify the beatdown. Drip had to defend his honor throughout. Bootsie thinks burpees are basketball tryouts.
