The Plan? Simple. Do almost the exact same thing @rollback did the week before. Almost because he drug my #FleshAnchor self down to the Long Branch Trail and back. YHC was not as ambitious and good thing! It was a struggle bus morning after doing IPC week 1 at Launchpad the day before.<\/p>\n

PAX arrive and we do a #SpicoliLap just in case he shows to late…<\/p>\n
Starting at 2nd and Cherry, at each light we do 1 Squat, Merkins, and WW2. Increase by 1 up to 15 and back down. We ran up Cherry to Trade to Liberty to 5th to 6th to Liberty again (to pay our respects to Reboot RIP) to 5th back up Cherry to Launch. We went up to 15 and down to 8 before returning home.<\/p>\n
Short form Broga involved some Huck Merkins which brought our county up to 200 just like I didn’t plan…<\/p>\n

Words were lifted for Lamb Chop’s family as kiddos deal with hoof in mouth and time out of day care. Also thinking of my friend Chris and his family as they deal with an aggressive cancer diagnosis. Treatment starts today so I’m hopeful it is a successful start to recovery.<\/p>\n

YHC was struggling with some soreness from the previous day’s workout, but moving around with some other jabronis made short work of the discomfort.<\/p>\n
