The Thang: SuperEscalator<\/strong><\/p>\n I debuted this in a smaller format at TRQ a couple months ago, and I thought Western Front would be a good AO for the full monty. Starting at the top of the weinke, do 5 reps of the first exercise and then run a lap around the parking lot. Then do 10 reps of the first two exercises, run a lap. 15 reps of the first three, lap, so on and so forth adding exercises and rep counts until you reach the end of the weinke or the end of the workout, whichever comes first. Sean\/Shawn is a former infantryman & platoon commander who spent some time with the 82nd Airborne. He hails from Central PA and currently works in the AI & data center world. During his naming he shared that during his jump training in the Army he had an accident where his static line got tangled around his left arm and caused serious damage to his bicep that required surgery to remove a lot of the muscle, resulting in one arm with a normal (and impressive, I might add) bicep and another devoid of one.
